Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and shbet88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the shbet88 website, mobile platform, and all associated services made available at https://shbet88.casa and its subdomains.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with shbet88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction.

• You must not have had a prior Account with shbet88 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for cause.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account with shbet88. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across the associated Accounts.

Account Registration & Security

To access the Platform's services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, creating a username, setting a secure password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. shbet88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify shbet88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.
• All actions taken through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to us prior to such actions.

4.2 KYC Verification

shbet88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All Members must complete KYC before making their first withdrawal. Verification documents accepted include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), or a valid international passport for non-Malaysian residents. Verification is a one-time process and protects both the Member and the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Payments

shbet88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted. The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform's payment processor. shbet88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• shbet88 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• shbet88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits that appear unusual in size, frequency, or pattern.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of intended amounts should be reported to support immediately. shbet88 will make reasonable efforts to facilitate returns but does not guarantee reversal where funds have already been wagered.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Cashier section of your Account once KYC verification has been completed and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Payouts to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• FPX and bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow) are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes on business days.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer depending on blockchain conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account as non-withdrawable promotional credits until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• shbet88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and partially fulfilled will be honoured on its original terms unless fraud is detected.

7.2 Abuse & Irregular Play

shbet88 monitors wagering patterns to detect and prevent bonus abuse. The following constitutes prohibited bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and associated winnings:

• Wagering on games with a contribution of less than the stated minimum to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Placing offsetting bets (hedging) across markets or outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Systematically exploiting a bonus through low-risk, high-frequency wagers designed to extract value without genuine engagement.
• Coordinated bonus exploitation involving multiple Accounts, whether individually or in conjunction with other persons.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

By accessing shbet88, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment through gaming and sports wagering — and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.

Prohibited Activities

• Any form of hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorised access to Platform systems or data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the shbet88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, audio, video, interface design, and code — is the property of shbet88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from shbet88.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

While shbet88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.

Account Suspension & Termination

shbet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against the Platform by the Member.
• A request by a regulatory, governmental, or law enforcement authority.
• A Member's self-exclusion request under the Platform's Responsible Gambling provisions.

Upon Account closure for cause, shbet88 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause at our discretion, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Outstanding withdrawals will be completed following standard processing procedures.

Responsible Gambling
